We operate strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis and support both mandate-based and principal trading structures, depending on the commercial framework and counterparty requirements. This flexible operating model allows us to participate in structured resale, supply aggregation, and controlled delivery solutions across selected commodity sectors.
Our role encompasses commercial coordination, transaction structuring, and execution oversight, conducted in accordance with agreed contractual terms and established international trade practices. We do not operate as a retail seller or open brokerage platform.
